Ground Transportation

Nestled between the western fringe of Milwaukee and the rolling, wooded hills of Wisconsin's Kettle Moraine, Brookfield enjoys an ideal location in Wisconsin's southeast comer. Easy access to all the business, cultural, sports and entertainment amenities of nearby Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay and Chicago.

Brookfield is about 15 minutes west of downtown Milwaukee by way of Interstate 94, a freeway that slices east to west through the community and continues west through the entire state. I-94 is the major expressway system in metropolitan Milwaukee and the state of Wisconsin.

I-94 is the-primary route to Wisconsin's capital city, Madison. A few minutes east of Brookfield, the highway joins I-894 offering freeway access to I-43, a route that extends southward to Illinois, as well as northward through the Lake Michigan shoreline communities and on to Green Bay. I-894 joins US 45 at Milwaukee's southwestem corner and merges with US 41 in the northwest corner. Highways 41 and 45 are the fastest routes to West Bend, Fond du Lac and the Fox Cities area.
