Whether you're planning a small gathering for family and friends or putting together a large conference, the Brookfield Convention & Visitors Bureau is eager to help. Resources our Planning Staff offers:
- Site inspections - After you tell us about your upcoming event in your Request for Proposal, we'll work with area facilities to find out available dates, special group rates, menus and any other information necessary for your particular meeting. Once you've narrowed it down to your top choices, we'll arrange site inspections at selected facilities and hotels.
- Preliminary booking services - You've found the perfect venue, now it's time to get your event on the books. We'll help arrange preliminary booking services for hotel rooms and meeting spaces, ensuring your event comes together smoothly.
- Planning assistance for meals, transportation, breakout sessions - Making sure everyone is well fed is a top priority for any event planner. We'll help you work with area catering services to create a menu that leaves everyone satisfied and fits within your budget. We'll also provide assistance with area transportation and, if needed, make sure you have enough meeting space for breakout sessions.
- Assistance with meeting/event promotion - We also provide assistance in helping promote your upcoming event to potential attendees. Upon request, we'll supply you with a pre-written description of the Brookfield area and necessary photos for promotional materials.
- Insightful information on pre/post convention attractions and restaurants - Because Brookfield offers a variety of attractions and restaurants, we'll help your group plan itineraries for before, during and after the convention as well as supply a list of area restaurants and attractions.
- Complimentary Visitors Guides, brochures and street maps - Complimentary copies of our visitors guide, attraction brochures and street maps will also be on hand to help your attendees get around Brookfield with ease.
