At no cost to your business, Visit Brookfield provides:
- Ceremonial ribbon in your choice of color to match your brand, plus oversized scissors.
- A welcome address from a Visit Brookfield official and a City of Brookfield representative (if desired).
- Attendance from at least one city official (if desired) and available Visit Brookfield staff and board members.
- Listing on our monthly events calendar, and the weekend guide when applicable.
- Dedicated social media posts on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook — both before and after your event.
Your Role as the Business
Make your event memorable and maximize attendance:
- Plan activities like tours, samples, refreshments, door prizes, or giveaways.
- Choose a representative to welcome guests, introduce your team, and share your business story.
- Promote the event with a flyer, Facebook event, or social media ads to maximize attendance.
- Send invitations to family, friends, business associates, and current clients.
- Set up a guest sign-in sheet or business card drop for post-event follow-up.
