Sales Manager

With 15+ years in the travel and tourism industry, Dustin brings an insider’s view of hospitality to our organization.  Prior work experience includes Midwest Express Airlines, The Mark Travel Corporation, and most recently The Sheraton Brookfield.

Having spent time in Costa Rica, Dustin fully embraces the “Pura Vida” mantra.  Meaning “simple life” or “pure life”, it is a traditional greeting used by Costa Ricans (Ticos) when they want to make someone feel welcome.  Dustin weaves this philosophy of making people feel welcome into every client touchpoint and it is the foundation of his commitment to customer service.

Now a proud Brookfieldian, Dustin hails from Oregon, WI, and earned his B.A. in Communications/Business from UW-Whitewater.  Dustin and his wife Jane are proud parents of son Andrew, with another baby on the way.  Dog Ripley, and cat Juno round out the Hicks family.
